restaurant company operating high-end, Michelin starred properties
in the UK and the US including UMU, The Greenhouse, Morton’s
Private Club in London and Gaia, and A Voce in New York and
Connecticut.
In 2010, Christian joined Stephen Starr’s organization as Director
of Operations and was responsible for full-service restaurants in
Philadelphia totaling upwards of $60 Million in annual revenue
with concepts ranging from high-end Steakhouses Barclay Prime and
Butcher & Singer, to French Brasserie Parc, English Pub The
Dandelion, Nuevo Latino concept Alma de Cuba, modern Asian
Buddakan and contemporary Japanese Morimoto. From 2013 through the
end of 2015, Christian was Vice-President of Food & Beverage
operations for The Standard Hotels in the New York, Miami and Los
Angeles markets which generated over $100 Million in annual F&B
revenue.
From 2016 through the first quarter of 2020 Christian was Chief
Operating Officer and partner at Retail Worx, a retail company
which owned and operated concepts in the US within Food &
Beverage, Wellness and Fitness. The concepts included Taco Dumbo,
Bridges General, BIA Fit, Bluestone Lane Coffee and Randolph Beer.
Within this changed landscape, Christian has begun work in
assisting leading developers build a powerful legacy by creating
master plans and curating innovative and community-driven retail
concepts for mixed-use real estate developments.
